Week Two

Raise Hands

These pictures are all from the same view.  They show three stages of the Raise Hands movement.

With the wrists relaxed and the elbows slightly bent and pointed down raise both hands allowing fingers to point downward.

Allow the fingers to slowly extend in  front of you. Keep the hand and fingers relaxed as if resting on a large ball.

Bring the hands toward your shoulder by bending the elbows.  Keep the hands relaxed and the wrists straight. End the movement by lowering the hands with the fingers pointed down. The movement end as it began with the arms at your sides.
