Roll back Continued

The waist is now turned right as the weight is shifted to the left foot. The hands and arms do not change position in relation to the upper body.

Press

The right hand is let drop and makes a circle coming to rest behind the left hand.   The palms are touching and offset so as the center of the right palm cups the base of the left thumb.  The waist is turned left as the weight is shifted to the left foot and the hands are extended slightly.

Push

The left hand is turned so the palm faced down.  The right palm is still touching the left hand, but now on the top of the left hand.  The palm of the right hand now slides along the index finger of the left until each hand is in from of each shoulder with the elbows bent.  The weight is now shifted back and to the left leg.

Push

The weight is now shifted forward and on to the right leg as the arms are extended slightly and the palm are faced forward.
